The funeral home MAISON FUNERAIRE LEBLANC informs you that Mrs Phyllis McKay passed away peacefully at her home on February 1st, 2014 at the age of 72 years. She resided in Grosse-Île, Magdalen Islands.
She was the wife of Mr. Foster Rankin and the mother of: Vernon (Kathy), Anthony, Colleen (Christian), Martin (Tammy). She had seven grandchildren: Laura, Jérémie, Kevin, Devon, Nicolas, Haley and Russell and one great-granddaughter Lydia.
She was the sister of: Lucy, Ronald, Byron, Keith, Elaine, Eleanor and Kathy.
The family will receive condolences Monday February 3rd, 2014 from 7-9 p.m., Tuesday February 4th from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. and on Wednesday Febuary 5th beginning at noon at her residence: 303 chemin Wide Road, Grosse-Île.
The religious service will be held on Wednesday February 5th at 2 p.m. beginning at the residence, following by the service at Holy Trinity Church of Grosse-île.
Donations will be given to the Holy Trinity Church.
