It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Alton Clark, who passed away surrounded by his family on June 25, 2026.
Alton was the son of the late Gerald and Marjorie Clark.
He leaves to mourn his daughter, Emma (Ronald); his sons, Peter and Ian (Megan); his cherished grandson, Robin; and the mother of his children, Angela. He also leaves to mourn his sisters, Geraldine (the late Will) and Barbara Ann (William); his brothers, Gregory, Sidney (Geraldine), Dwight, and Louis; as well as many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
Alton was a devoted fisherman whose life was deeply connected to the sea. He will be deeply missed and remembered always.
The family will receive condolences Friday June 26th from 6 to 8 p.m. at the St-Peter’s by the Sea Church of Old Harry. The religious service will be held on Saturday June 27th, 2026 at 6 p.m. with visitation beginning at 2 p.m.
The burial will be at St-Peter’s by the Sea cemetery.
